Floor & Decor - - Responsibilities:
Train and develop Product Sales Specialists and ensure customers have a positive shopping experience with exceptional customer service and product information;
Direct and assist the processing of merchandise to the showroom floor and maintain merchandising, pricing and organization of the department;
Greet every customer and assist with product questions and selections;
Process customers at checkout using the POS system and handle refunds/exchanges according to guidelines;
Communicate SOP direction and changes to all associates in a timely manner
