The project engineer will execute fast-track fit-out projects independently with minimal supervision from the project manager.

• Complete management of the project on site from taking possession of the unit from client to site handover.
• Specifying project objectives and plans including delineation of scope, scheduling, setting performance requirements, etc.
• Maximizing resource efficiency (labour, materials, and equipment).
• Implementing various operations through proper coordination and control of planning, design, estimating, contracting and construction throughout the entire process.
• Maintaining accurate records of construction progress throughout the projects.
• Responsible for overview of the construction sites, and management of vendors and trades; keep good communication between the clients at all times.
• Project Management Planning, Cost Management, Time Management, Quality Management, Contract Administration, Safety Management; includes defining responsibilities and management structure of the project management team, organizing and leading by implementing project controls, defining roles and responsibilities, developing communication protocols, and identifying elements of project design and construction likely to give rise to disputes and claims.

• Minimum eight to ten years of similar experience.
• Very strong technical and execution abilities.
• Previous experience working with professional fit-out contracting companies and their in-house workforce.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully in a multinational environment.
• Computer literate (AutoCAD, MS Projects, MS Office).
• Local driving license.
