• Analyse interpret and communicate complex meteorological data to deliver accurate actionable forecasts for our energy trading desks.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to align insights with strategic business goals.

• Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and impactful way making complex data accessible.

• Monitor academic and technological developments in the meteorological field and integrate cutting‑edge approaches into your workflow.

• Ensure compliance with safety and data integrity standards across all processes.

• A Masters degree or higher in Meteorology, Atmospheric Science, or a related field.

• Proficiency in working with weather prediction models, data analysis tools, and deterministic/probabilistic forecast error metrics.

• At least 3 years of experience in energy‑related meteorology or climate research.

• Excellent communication skills enabling you to translate technical insights into clear actionable strategies for non‑technical audiences.

• Excellent English skills both written and spoken.

• A detail‑oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

• A curious collaborative team player who is eager to learn and contribute to innovation.
