A global technology leader in sustainability based in Baden, Switzerland is seeking candidates for an 18-month Trainee Program. As part of this program, you will experience rotations across Quality & Continuous Improvement, Digitalization, and IT. Responsibilities include supporting manufacturing initiatives, contributing to process improvements, and managing projects. Ideal candidates are university graduates with a strong interest in manufacturing, fluent in English and German, and possess good analytical skills.
