What You Will Do:
- Lead the implementation and optimization of printer services with external providers
- Stabilize printing services and create insightful reporting dashboards
- Support the IS Infrastructure team in service management and small IT projects
- Coordinate tickets and manage high-severity incidents as Manager on Duty
- Locally manage global IT initiatives and run small virtual server environments
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and project management efforts
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IS Infrastructure Service Management
- Experience with printer contract and service provider management
- Knowledge of server and storage systems operations
- Proficiency with Service Now or equivalent ticketing systems
- Project management skills
Certifications:
- IT Infrastructure or Project Management background
- ITIL or similar certification
Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration
- Process-oriented and analytical
- Independent, target-focused, and proactive
- Microsoft 365 environment
- Service Now or equivalent
- Fluent German (written and spoken)
- English B2
