• Role: IS Service Manager
• Start Date: 02/02/2026
• End Date: 29/01/2027 (approx. 12 months)
• Workload: Full-time
• Remote Work: Up to 40%
• Location: Baden

• Implement operational processes with new printer service provider and stabilise printing services
• Set up printer reporting page
• Support IS Infrastructure team in service management tasks and small projects
• Ticket coordination and tracking
• Local coordination of global projects and activities
• Run small projects and manage a small virtual server environment
• Act as Manager on Duty for high severity incidents

• Minimum 3 years in IS Infrastructure Service Management
• Experience in printer contract and printer service provider management
• Project management skills
• Knowledge of server and storage systems and operations
• Familiarity with Service Now or similar ticketing tools

• ITIL certification or equivalent
• Broader IS infrastructure knowledge

• Strong communication skills
• Target-focused and independent
• Team player
• Process-oriented and analytical

• Microsoft 365 suite
• Service Now (or equivalent ticketing tool)

• German:
  Fluent (written and spoken)
• English: B2 level
