Your tasksYou will manage the full payroll processing (e.g. preparing data, closure, long term sicknesses etc.) & respective administration in close collaboration with our third party payroll provider. In our team, you are involved in the whole tasks of Human Resources related activities including: recruitment, interaction/correspondence with employees, supervisors & external authorities. This is a fully operational payroll / HR Specialist role.
Be responsible for full compliance of HR data, regulations and policies. Support the team with employee engagement/employee relations activities. Provide support on the rollout of key HR projects, including the transition to new systems. For this day-to-day Human Resources administration/operation role, you need to be a highly structured and organized person. If you are hands on, detailed-orientated, communicative, have a positive attitude, have excellent interpersonal skills and keep a cool head in busy times, this is your perfect next step to grow furthermore in an exciting and varied job.
- Bachelor degree in HR or Swiss HR qualification
- At least 2 years experience in an HR generalist role and experience in payroll processing & administration
- Experience with in an "engineering" environment or similar industry is a plus
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Fluent in English & Swiss-German/German (Italian would be an advantage)
- Ability to work independently but can collaborate at all levels
- Proficient in MS-Office, with Microsoft Excel expertise
- Excellent knowledge of SAP
