Warehouse Order Picker – Forklift/Runner Operators (Stand‑up/Reach Required)

Warehouse Order Picker (Freezer) – Monday through Fridays, 5 am to 1:30 pm + overtime as needed.

• Warehouse support & general duties.
• Non‑essential functions such as loading trailers, putting up mason tubs, cleaning around the warehouse, signing for deliveries, and checking inventory.
• Fill in for runners when needed.

• 5 year minimum experience in a warehouse.
• 2–5 year experience operating a stand‑up reach forklift.
• Certification in forklift equipment.
• General computer skills required (Outlook & Office).
• Must be able to work in temperatures from –10 °F to 0 °F.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift 25–50 lbs.

• Motorized pallet jack
• Stand‑up and sit‑down forklift
• Scanner gun
• Reach forklift

• Occasional standing, walking, sitting, using hands, reaching with hands and arms, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, talking or hearing.
• Occasional lifting or moving up to 50–75 lbs.
• Required vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Work hours in excess of forty (40) hours will be required.
• Exposure to weather conditions prevalent at the time.
• Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
• Must adhere to all policies and act as a role model.
