Job Overview

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and helping them with their needs.
• Execute daily tasks to achieve business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, and arranging merchandise.
• Operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures (if certified).
• Maintain inventory accuracy, execute price changes, and set up promotional signs.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Work in a safe manner, report hazards, and correct them when possible.
• Support guest services, such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes.

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment.
• Work independently and with a team to resolve guest questions and accomplish multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail, ability to follow processes, and remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
