As an Applebee's Host/Server Assistant you will greet guests at the door with a warm welcome and a smile, assist servers in providing exceptional guest service and maintain the overall guest flow of the restaurant. You will work hard, but have a great time doing it!

• Greet and welcome guests at the restaurant entrance
• Assist servers with guest service and reservations
• Maintain overall guest flow and seating arrangements
• Communicate effectively with staff and guests
• Adhere to physical and safety standards during the shift

• Minimum age 18 years
• Effective communication skills
• Commitment to making a positive impact in the dining experience

• Be able to remain stationary and walk for up to four (4) hours per shift
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
• Speak clearly and listen attentively to staff and guests
• Transport plates, glasses and baskets between dining area, bar and kitchen
• Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks throughout the shift
• Wash hands frequently with disinfecting soap throughout shift

Applebee’s Hosts start at minimum wage per hour, plus tips. Competitive wages, daily pay (not available in California), healthcare benefits, meal discounts and paid sick leave.
