We're now looking for a hands‑on Assistant Restaurant Manager to support in leading our front‑of‑house team and help maintain our high standards.

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of service and food safety
• Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment and effective communication
• Oversee customer service to enhance guest satisfaction and address any concerns
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain efficient food production and service flow
• Implement and uphold health and safety regulations within the restaurant

• At least 1 year experience in a supervisory role within a hospitality setting
• Experience in a fast‑paced restaurant environment
• Excellent communication and strong customer service skills
• Passionate about hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Self‑motivated with the ability to motivate and develop a cohesive team
