Residential and Commercial Property Solicitor – Ayr.

Location:

Ayr. Job Type: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days from home). Annual Leave: 4 weeks, plus office closure between Christmas and New Year.

• Handling legal matters related to residential and commercial property efficiently and autonomously.
• Providing expert legal advice and services to a diverse client base.
• Managing and overseeing property transactions from inception to completion.
• Liaising with clients, agents, and other solicitors to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Preparing and reviewing contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
• Ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines.

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in residential and commercial property law.
• Ability to work independently and self-sufficiently.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
