• Cleaning all public areas within the hotel to a high standard.
• Cleaning guest bedrooms in line with daily occupancy and special requests.
• Ensuring rooms meet company standards and completing relevant documentation for room checks.
• Reporting any faults within rooms and public areas to the Duty Manager.
• Addressing concerns regarding guest misuse or damage of rooms professionally.
• Ensuring the comfort, safety, and overall satisfaction of guests within the hotel.
• Following all instructions given by the Duty Manager and Head of Housekeeping.
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety in all working and public areas, free from hazards.

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning (desirable but not essential).
• Hard‑working, reliable, and punctual with excellent time‑management skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• A keen eye for detail and maintaining high cleanliness standards.
