We're now looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our talented front-of-house team and maintain our high standards.

• Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Manage daily restaurant operations, reservations, and table flow
• Recruit, schedule, and develop team members to maintain performance and morale
• Monitor financial performance; including labour costs, sales targets, and stock control
• Drive revenue through effective upselling and excellent guest engagement
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and events teams to ensure smooth service
• Uphold the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and brand presentation
• Handle guest feedback professionally, turning any issues into opportunities
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a quality hotel or restaurant
• Experience in fast paced venue is beneficial
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passionate about hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Organised, proactive, and confident in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, professional, and team-focused
