Support Worker – 10/Ayr/CC 21/01/2026 Personal Employer Ayr

To support a young man with cerebral palsy and a learning disability. He lives with family.

He is looking for help to accessing the local community. For social aspects like, going the to gym, cinema and out for coffee.

He can walk short distances; he has a wheelchair but he re reluctant to use it.

He has limited speech also.

Looking for someone who could work along side the family to build his confidence.

Successful applicant will have to supply 2 up to date Reference contacts,one must be from a present or previous employer and a undergo a new or update of the PVG disclosure scheme, prior to appointment (disclosure to be reimbursed by the employer)

There is a 6 month probationary period for the post.
