Position: Executive Office Administrator – Chief Exec & Chair Support
A regional healthcare provider in Scotland is looking for a Corporate Administrator to support the Chief Executive & Chair’s Office. This role involves providing high-quality administrative support, coordinating meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing various documents. The ideal candidate will have at least an SVQ Level 3 qualification and strong skills in Microsoft Office. This is a permanent position based at Ailsa Hospital, with full UK driving licence required for travel across Ayrshire.
