Are you an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist looking for a permanent, days-based role within a growing and well-established engineering business?

On offer is a stable Monday-Friday position where you will work within a close-knit machine shop, operating modern CNC lathes with the opportunity to increase earnings through price work incentives.

This established precision engineering company are continuing to invest in new machinery, including the arrival of a brand-new 3-axis lathe. Due to increased workload, they are now looking to add a machinist who can hit the ground running and support production demands.

In this role, you will primarily operate CNC lathes, 2-axis and an incoming 3-axis machine, which will offer full training on once arrived. The role is predominantly lathe-based, with occasional involvement on milling machines if desired.

This role would suit a self-sufficient CNC Lathe Machinist with experience using FANUC controls, looking for a secure, long-term position with performance-based earning potential.

• Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
• Working with FANUC control systems
• Operating CNC Lathes (2-axis & new 3-axis machine)

• CNC Lathe experience
• Workshop / Manufacturing background
• Commutable to Aylesford
