Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager - £400 to £600 - Outside IR 35

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of critical technology and process‑improvement projects ideally with expertise in Weightsoft & COINS CRM. Our client is based in Maidstone, Kent and requires a candidate to be onsite 4 / 5 days per week.

This role offers 3 months initially, with scope to extend up to 18 months with high‑value work across software implementation, operational optimisation, and data transformation.

You’ll be the central point of coordination across multiple teams, driving delivery, resolving blockers, and ensuring projects move at pace.

• Weightsoft Ticketless Project
  Work closely with stakeholders to build realistic delivery timelines
  Coordinate cross‑team deliverables and hold teams accountable
  Understand how the software works and identify operational solutions where it falls short
• COINS CRM Implementation
  Re‑engage stakeholders and assess the barriers to go‑live
  Build a refreshed plan to test, refine, and successfully implement
  Pick up a project already close to completion and drive it over the line
• COINS Payroll Project
  Lead a complex project previously scoped but now stalled
  Coordinate data owners, operational teams, and an external consultant
  Simplify highly manual payroll processes through structured project governance
• COINS Expenses Project
  Own delivery from a standing start
  Define scope, requirements, timelines, and success measures

• Strong end‑to‑end project management expertise in complex environments is a must have
• Experience of Weightsoft Ticketless solution experience coupled with exposure to COINS CRM is a must have
• Ability to engage, challenge, and influence senior stakeholders is a must have
• Confidence coordinating multiple teams, suppliers, and software partners
• Experience in software implementation, process optimisation, or operational change is a must have
• A proactive, delivery‑focused mindset able to drive stalled projects forward
