Warehouse Team Leader

Position: Warehouse Team Leader

Location: Aylesbury

Salary: £26,500 - £27,000 per annum

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will work within the warehouse department dealing with both internal teams and external customers to ensure operational efficiency and high-quality standards.

• Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency utilising the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Assist with training warehouse employees and monitoring the team's performance, prioritising customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with Account Managers and Customers.
• Assist the manager in solving day-to-day operational issues and achieving performance goals.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures while complying with legal regulations.
• Use Microsoft applications for administrative tasks when necessary.
• Be flexible to operate within multiple departments.

Applicants should have excellent problem‑solving skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and experience working with warehouse procedures and policies. You will need to be proficient in Microsoft applications and demonstrate an enthusiastic personality to influence colleagues.
