Warehouse Administrator - Aylesbury
Hours:
9am–5pm
Salary: £26,780
Responsibilities- Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency utilising the WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- With customer satisfaction being the primary goal, assist with training warehouse employees and monitoring the team’s performance.
- Communicating with
Fed the Account Managers and Customers. - Assisting the manager with the warehouse team to solve day‑to‑day operational issues and reach short and long‑term performance goals.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards/procedures while complying with legal regulations.
- Communicating with management in relation to problems and suggestions.
- Using Microsoft applications for admin tasks when necessary.
- Knowledge of warehouse procedure and policies
- Excellent problems solving
- H&S knowledge
