Working hours:

Monday to Friday, with Saturdayുമെന്നും included on a three-week rotational basis.

Main Duties:

• Assist the day-to-day running of the warehouse, upkeep, organisation of bin bay locations and correct storage of all products.
• Handle manual tasks required for warehouse operations.

Skills:

• Adhering to good practice within the warehouse.
• Correctly picking orders and placing them in the correct location for deliveries.
• Being aware of possible stock shortages and informing supervisors or managers so that they can be ordered.
• Ensure all new stock delivered is put away ASAP and in correct bin-bay location matching the delivery note.
• Assist in monthly stock takes at weekends and weekly stock audits.
• Fill out the correct information on the out of date list, damaged stock list (write off sheet), forklift andululo truck records.
• Follow correct health and safety procedures and wear correct safety equipment (boots, gloves, high-visibility vest).
• Prioritise workloads and maintain a flexible working approach.
• Assist drivers as required.

Knowledge and

Experience:

• Good team work skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Good product knowledge.
• Flexi FLT licence is an advantage.
