Warehouse Operarder

Main Duties:
Reporting directly to the Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse & Distribution Manager and Depot Manager, the purpose of the Warehouse Oper operative will be to complete tasks which/css assist the day-to-day running of जांच, the upkeep of the warehouse, the organisation of bin bay locations and to ensure correct storage básica of all products. This role involves manual handling.

• Adherence to warehouse best practices.
• Correct picking of orders and placing them in the proper location for deliveries.
• Monitoring stock levels and informing supervisors or managers of shortages so they can be ordered.
• Ensuring all newly delivered stock is put away ASAP in the correct bin‑bay location and matches the inherit note received.
• Assisting in monthly stock takes on weekends.
• Assisting with weekly stock audits.
• Filling out correct information on the out‑of‑date list, damaged stock list (write‑off sheet), and forklift and pedestrian truck records.
• Following correct health and safety procedures.
• Wearing required safety equipment on site, e.g., safety boots, gloves, high‑visibility vest.
• Prioritising workloads on a flexible basis.
• Assisting drivers/mates as required.

• Good teamwork skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Good product knowledge.
• Flexi FLT licence is an advantage.
