Mobile Caretaker

• Annual Salary: £12.88 - £14.50 per hour
• Location: Aylesbury area
• Job Type: Full-time, 3-month temporary contract

We are seeking a Mobile Caretaker to join our team on a 3-month temporary contract, covering various sites in the Aylesbury area. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive and enjoys working independently. A company van is provided, making this a great opportunity for individuals who are ready to start and finish their day on site.

• Drive to different sites within the Aylesbury area to perform caretaking duties.
• Responsible for the cleaning of communal areas according to a weekly schedule.
• Ensure all sites are maintained to a high standard, reporting any issues as necessary.
• Manage supplies and equipment needed for daily tasks.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment at all times.

• Must have a valid driver's licence - Company van provided.
• Ideally resides in or around the Aylesbury area.
• Previous experience in a caretaking or similar role is advantageous.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
