Our Retail Assistants are vital to the running of a store, so you’ll always be kept busy. And with the help of our excellent training programmes and varied shift patterns to support a healthy work life balance, you’ll be on the right track for a promising career with us!

Availability needed for evenings and weekends.

• Monday - Friday (7am to 8pm)
• Saturday (7am to 6pm)
• Sunday (9am to 4pm)

• Host – you’ll welcome customers into your store, understand what they need, guide them to the right products, and make it super easy for them.
• Warehouse standards – you’ll assist with deliveries, maintaining product stock, collecting customer orders and keeping standards high.

• First Steps to Management – 16‑week programme open to Service Assistants looking to step into management, leading to a Trade Counter Supervisor role.
• Power Up to Trade+ – 12‑15‑month programme that provides a Trade Supplier Apprenticeship at level 2 and prepares you for a Trade+ Sales Supervisor role.

Your interview will consist of competency‑based questions and a chat about your experience. Interviews may be held on the phone or via video chat, followed by a visit to store to meet the team.

Once we think we’re a good match, we’ll make you an official offer. After your acceptance and completion of pre‑employment checks, you’ll receive your contract.
