Retail Manager
Location:
Aylesbury
Salary: £30,000 basic, £50,000 OTE (Uncapped)
Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm (Day off in the week), Saturdays 9am - 5pm.
We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager for our client's well-established site in Aylesbury. Join a leading dealer group that provides excellent working conditions and opportunities for career growth with an excellent reputation for staff retention.

- Assist customers in finding the right finance package to suit their needs.
- Work closely with Sales Executives and Sales Manager.
- Show strong F&I knowledge to aid the department.
- Work within the large Milton Keynes Used Car Sales operation in a high volume, fast‑moving environment.
- Sell finance, insurance products and additional products.
- Operate within FCA regulations and company guidelines.
- Match customers' needs to the relevant finance sources.
- Previous experience as a Retail or Transaction Manager.
- Full UK Driving licence.
