We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Manager to join our amazing journey. Reporting to the Head of Quality, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality control systems, ensuring compliance with standards, and keeping detailed records to guarantee the highest quality reaches our customers

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (Dependent on experience)

• System Development: Developing a quality control system that monitors operational tasks and outputs to guarantee the highest quality rate reaches the customer's hands.

• Process Management: Creating and maintaining strong, comprehensive, and effective routine systems for the QC team to follow.

• Corrective Action: Reporting, analysing, and finding corrective and preventive actions for all malfunctions related to operational tasks.

• Compliance & Resolution: Facilitating and leading on Non-Conformance assessment and resolution while acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Risk Assessment and Management.

• Data-Driven Solutions: Facilitating proactive solutions by collecting and analysing quality data to ensure all standards are met.

• Standards Review: Reviewing current policies, processes, and documentation to ensure they are simple, comprehensive, efficient, and strictly adhered to.

• Batch Authorisation: Acting as a delegated authorised person, ensuring each batch is manufactured and checked in accordance with marketing authorisations.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with R&D, Production, and Supply Chain teams to ensure product compliance throughout the lifecycle.

• Have the Credentials: Possess a BSc (or equivalent) in a scientific discipline, preferably Chemistry.

• Are Experienced: Have 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a regulated manufacturing industry (ideally Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or FMCG).

• Know the Standards: Have proven working knowledge of ISO 22716 (Cosmetics GMP), ISO 9001, and FDA/OTC product requirements.

• Are a Problem Solver: Possess excellent analytical skills to deal with potential unprecedented scenarios effectively.

• Lead with Influence: Have experience in team management and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to make work easier and faster.

• Are Process Driven: Hold working knowledge of project management and Continuous Improvement techniques.

• Have High Attention to Detail: Display a methodical approach to maintaining quality reports, statistical reviews, and documentation.
