Experienced Machine Operator – Production Environment

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Machine Operator to join a busy and well-established manufacturing and production facility based in Hertfordshire. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced environment with ongoing work available.

Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour

Full-time hours available

Key Responsibilities

Operating automated production and packaging machinery

Setting up and adjusting machines for different product runs

Monitoring machine performance to ensure smooth operation

Carrying out quality checks on finished products

Reporting faults or mechanical issues where necessary

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the production area

Following health & safety and production procedures at all times

Requirements

Previous experience as a Machine Operator is essential

Experience working in manufacturing or production environments preferred

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Good attention to detail and quality control

Reliable and able to work as part of a team
