A leading food production company in Aylesbury is seeking a Quality Assurance manager to lead Quality and Food Safety initiatives at the Haddenham Plant. The role involves ensuring compliance with standards while driving continuous improvement within the plant’s operations. Ideal candidates have a BSc in a technical field, strong leadership skills, and extensive knowledge of food safety processes such as HACCP and BRC auditing.

This position offers the opportunity to influence Quality performance and manage a dedicated Quality team.
