Interaction Recruitment is working with a well‑established engineering and manufacturing business based in Aylesbury, who are looking to recruit a Mechanical Fitter / Assembly Technician to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on mechanical professional to secure a role within a stable and growing company.

• Mechanical assembly and fitting of engineered components and systems
• Working from engineering drawings, schematics, and build instructions
• Using a range of hand tools and mechanical fitting equipment
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure work meets specification
• Working closely with production and engineering teams

• Proven experience in mechanical fitting or mechanical assembly
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Background in engineering or manufacturing environments preferred
• Reliable, proactive, and quality‑focused

• £27,000 – £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
