We have an exciting new opportunity to join our Production Team here at Medik8
!
The purpose of the Production Operative role is to support the manufacturing and packaging of our award-winning skincare products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and consistency. This is a hands-on and varied role, involving tasks such as batching, filling, capping, labelling, quality checking, and general production line support.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, be hands-on, methodical, a real team worker who enjoys a fast-paced work day.
This is a 5-month fixed-term contract (FTC)
Please note, this role will be site-based
, Monday to Friday – 10pm – 6:30am
.
For this opportunity, we are offering up to £15.90 per hour, depending on experience.

In more detail your role will include:
- Guaranteeing all products are made to the very highest quality standards and as per product specification.
- Ensuring all processes including weight, volume, labelling, cartoning are done to the highest standard and never below specification.
- Operating various machines and production stations in line with procedures.
- Guaranteeing daily and periodic cleaning of the production facilities as required.
- Ensuring GMP and the highest cleanliness standards are maintained at all times.
- Ensuring the company’s Health & Safety policy is maintained at all times.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred but not essential).
- Have strong English and Maths skills.
- Excellent focus and attention to detail, with a commitment to quality.
- Are organised, proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have the ability to work under pressure, and to deadlines.
