Production operatives-Nights

Location: Aylesbury

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives for a 13-week temporary booking, with the opportunity to be taken on permanently after the initial period.

Pay: £15.90
Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday) from 22:00 to 6:30am

Weekend Pay: Saturday and Sunday paid at 1.5x
Overtime: Paid at 1.5x after 37.5 hours per week

This role involves working on production lines, operating machinery, and maintaining high manufacturing standards. Applicants must have at least 1 year of production experience, ideally with machine operating knowledge. The work may involve some heavy lifting and standing for long periods, so good physical fitness is essential.

• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently

• Following manufacturing processes and quality standards

• Assisting with assembly, processing, and line operations

• Performing basic machine checks and reporting issues

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Meeting daily production targets and deadlines

• Minimum 1 year of production experience (machine operating experience desirable)
