Are you hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and ready to make an impact in the world of sustainable manufacturing? Join our team as a Production Operative on the late shift 2 pm to 12 am.

• Manufacture water treatment tanks, pump stations, separators, and explore new product assemblies.
• Follow technical drawings for component and finished goods assembly, involving cutting, drilling, laminating, and steel fabrication.
• Uphold top‑notch cleanliness, safety, and efficiency standards in all operations.
• Embod our core principles of Integrity, Accountability, Innovation, Teamwork, and Courage.

• GCSEs (or equivalent) grade C or above in Mathematics and English Language. Relevant experience in a Manufacturing role may be considered in lieu of academic qualifications.
• Experience with in a fast‑moving Manufacturing operating heavy machinery.
• Practical knowledge of assembly techniques consistent with the company product range.
• Experience in using hand tools including drills.
• Critical Thinking and Problem Solving.
• Ability to accurately measure and document production activities.
• Mature attitude to work which encompasses Health & Safety, Quality.
• To be thorough and pay attention to detail.
• Effective Time Management.
• Previous forklift training (desirable).
• Driver's License: A full clean UK driving licence.
