We are seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation through its next phase of transformation, strengthening quality, performance and financial sustainability while accelerating system integration, neighbourhood-based care and service redesign.
for further information about the role and how to apply; , As Chief Executive Officer and Accountable Officer, you will hold ultimate responsibility for the quality, safety and performance of all Trust services and for the stewardship of public resources. As a full voting member of the Board, you will work closely with the Chair and Non-Executive Directors to set clear strategic direction, maintain strong organisational grip and provide confident, visible leadership.
You will be expected to lead with pace and purpose in a challenging NHS environment, balancing operational delivery with long-term transformation and ensuring the Trust continues to respond effectively to financial, workforce and service pressures. Working for our organisation This role carries significant system leadership responsibility. You will be a senior leader within the Buckinghamshire system and the Thames Valley Integrated Care System, playing a key role in the Acute Provider Collaborative.
You will work closely with partners across local government, primary care, mental health and the voluntary sector to deliver integrated neighbourhood care, prevention-focused services and improved outcomes for local communities.
