As our nursing home manager, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding care, leading a committed team, and ensuring full compliance with CQC requirements. This role would suit an ambitious care home manager who thrives in a high-quality, person-centred environment.

• Provide strong leadership as the nursing home manager and promote a culture of excellence

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure high standards of resident care

• Support, develop, and motivate the staff team

• Maintain compliance, quality audits, and CQC standards

• Manage budgets, occupancy, and resources effectively

• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
