Overview
BDS is recruiting for a Housing Caretaker to work within Living Services based in Aylesbury.
The role will be to ensure the smooth running of the development, ensuring grounds and building are maintained to a high standard always.
Responsibilities- Health and safety checks
- Completing minor repairs/reporting any larger issues
- Make sure all grounds and common parts are kept clean and tidy
- Supervising contractors
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 3.30pm
Salary: £14.50 per hour
This is an ongoing role.
A van will be provided so a full UK driving licence will be required.
