Care Assistant – 4 Trinity Court – £24,570
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic person who enjoys helping others and sees the difference their support can make to enable individuals to lead independent and fulfilling lives. This role is a full‑time (37.5 hours per week) Care Assistant at our registered care home, Trinity Court 4, in Aylesbury.
4 Trinity Court is a registered residential care home supporting six individuals with learning disabilities, providing 24/7 care across a wide range of support needs. The service is ideally suited to those looking to gain valuable experience in full residential care.
Responsibilities- Aid with the daily administration of medication.
- Support personal care in a dignified and respectful way.
- Encourage life skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgeting.
- Organise trips to local amenities.
- Promote independence and help the people we support achieve their personal goals.
- Follow tailored support plans and risk assessments to ensure safety and wellbeing.
- Provide appropriate support to individuals who are living in their own homes or in a supported housing setting to enable them to support their aspirations and maximise their independence.
- Provide personal care and promote life skills such as shopping, managing budgets and supporting with domestic tasks such as cooking and cleaning.
- Build long lasting support relationships with people who benefit from you “being the difference”.
- Follow agreed support plans and risk assessments to ensure that we are providing a service that meets each individual’s needs.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Generous annual leave allowance of 33 days per year, including statutory bank holidays, rising to 35 days with service.
- £24,570 for a 37.5 hour per week contract.
