A regional care provider in Aylesbury is seeking a Care Manager to support the daily operations of a purpose-built care home. The successful candidate will supervise care staff, manage medication systems, and deliver hands-on care to residents. With a strong commitment to elderly and dementia care, this role requires NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and previous supervisory experience.

The position offers a salary of circa £32,000 per annum with 40 hours of work per week, including weekend shifts.
