Healthcare Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily activities, such as personal care, developing individual care plans, meal assistance, and ensuring their dignity and independence.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene, dressing, and choice of meals.
• Help with other activities such as serving food and assisting residents to eat and drink.
• Communicate effectively, take on responsibility, prioritise workload, and keep accurate records.
• Work as part of a team, building strong relationships with residents, relatives, and colleagues.

• Compassionate and caring nature, positive attitude, and the ability to work in a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in helping others and a can‑do attitude. Prior experience with elderly care desirable but not essential – full training provided.
• Right to live and work in the UK.
