Salary: £26,000‑£30,000 based on experience

Under new management, my client’s modern and growing online pharmacy is seeking an experienced and motivated Pharmacy Dispenser ready to take the next step into a senior or supervisory role. This is a non‑patient‑facing position in a mail‑order and telephone triage environment, perfect for someone who thrives in a structured, technology‑led setting and is ready to support the smooth running of daily pharmacy operations.

• A qualified Pharmacy Dispenser with experience in a busy dispensary setting.
• Confident in handling prescriptions, stock control, and ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards.
• Ready to take on more responsibility, including supporting junior team members and assisting in workflow supervision.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a digital/mail‑order environment (training provided if needed).

• Supporting the day‑to‑day running of the dispensary.
• Managing and processing prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
• Telephone triage and assisting with patient queries in a professional manner.
• Supervising and supporting other dispensary team members.
• Ensuring adherence to SOPs and maintaining a safe, compliant working environment.
