Vibe Care are looking for Support Workers, who have experience with Children and Young People, to join our established team.

Do you have experience as a Support Worker supporting children and young people with learning disabilities, autism & challenging behaviours?

Have you got experience in supporting children and young people in a school or home environment?

Are you motivated to make a difference to a young person's life?

We are seeking to register Support Workers who are:

Experienced working with young teenagers agedyears.
Dedicated, caring & compassionate.
Experienced with learning disabilities, autism & challenging behaviours.
Ability to support in a school environment & residential homes on site.
Proactively supporting with day to day tasks like cooking, shopping & cleaning.
Assisting and encouraging with personal care.
Able to be a team player and willing to learn.
Able to record comprehensive daily records.
Excellent with communication skills.
Drivers preferred.

Shifts Offered:

Earlies: 08:45am-15:15pm / 07:30am-15:00pm
Lates: 15:00pm - 22:00pm.
Nights: 9:45pm - 7:15am.
