We’re seeking an ambitious Sub‑Agent to take ownership of a major section of bulk earthworks and formation delivery on the HS2 programme — the largest infrastructure project in Europe. This is a career‑defining opportunity to lead from the front on a complex, fast‑moving, and technically challenging project.

As Sub‑Agent, you’ll manage and develop an engineering team, coordinating day‑to‑day delivery, safety, and quality. You’ll take responsibility for planning and execution of mass haul operations, drainage, stabilisation, and digital survey/model management, ensuring your section is delivered to the highest standards.

• Lead and mentor your Engineering team, driving safe, efficient delivery.
• Support detailed mass‑haul and seasonal planning within your section.
• Manage constructability, sequencing, and temporary works planning.
• Interface with Commercial and Planning teams to align on progress and costs.
• Provide technical guidance and development to junior engineers.
