About the Role

We’re looking for a Quality Administrator to join our Quality and Completions team. This role is based from our site compound office on the A41 – located just outside of Aylesbury. Due to the remote location of the office, we ask that all applicants hold a full driving licence in order to be considered for the position.
In this role you will administer the Information Management System and its supporting SharePoint structure to meet all compliance needs. You will support quality, design and construction by uploading and tracking the status of construction documents; manage the Redline process and upload complete drawings to Transportal; handle correspondence and document management on various systems; work closely with other admin teams; and collaborate, upload and track quality, performance and assurance data.
You will also train new users so that all accesses granted within the EDMS are relevant and appropriate, adhere to EKFB Document Control protocols, and share best practice with the wider team. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, providing correct use of the EDMS and serving as the first point of contact for Handover & Completions administration and document management in projects.

- Experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of document management systems
- Experience of O365 especially Share Point
- An understanding of ISO
14001, 9001 and 45001 is desirable - Excellent communication and organisation skills
- You must hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle

EKFB is proud to have been appointed by HS2 to deliver civil engineering works across an 80 km section of the new high speed rail link between the Chiltern Tunnel and Long Itchington Wood. Our scope includes 15 viaducts, 5 km of green tunnels, 22 km of road diversions, 67 over bridges and around 30 million cubic metres of excavation.
