Buckinghamshire College is seeking to recruit a highly organised, customer focussed individual who is passionate about apprenticeships to join their team and support the growth of their Apprenticeship programmes.

We are excited to expand our Apprenticeship team and are looking for a dynamic Apprenticeship Training Supervisor to join us in this pivotal new role.

In this role, you will manage a caseload of apprentices, fostering strong relationships with both employers and apprentices. You will conduct reviews and ensure that training is completed successfully for End Point Assessments. Your strong work ethic and wide experience will be crucial in shaping and supporting our apprentices  journeys whilst ensuring our employers receive the best training service.
