## Description Learning Support Practitioner – SEN Specialist Schools    Aylesbury | Full Time – 5 Days a Week | Immediate Start | Potential to Go Long-Term
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Practitioner to join fantastic SEN specialist schools in Aylesbury. This is a full-time role (Monday–Friday) with the opportunity to become longer term for the right person.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting pupils with additional needs including ASD, SEMH, and complex learning needs    Working 1:1 and in small groups to help students access learning    Providing personal care where required (full training and support provided)    Encouraging independence, confidence, and emotional regulation    Creating a calm, structured, and positive learning environment
