Position: Geography Teacher (KS3 & KS4)
Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Salary: £29,344 - £44,919
Contract Type: Full-Time

CurriculumDevelopment and Planning
- Design and deliver an engaging Geography curriculum that adheres to national standards.
- Plan lessons that are inclusive and tailored to the diverse learning styles and abilities of students.
- Provide high-quality, interactive Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Teach a broad range of geographical topics, such as climate change, ecosystems, urbanization, and global development.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, technology, and resources to enrich the learning experience.
- Create and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active student participation.
- Regularly assess student progress through both formative and summative assessments.
- Offer constructive feedback to support student growth and development.
- Keep accurate records of student progress, grades, and achievements.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of students at different levels of ability.
- Provide additional support or challenge to help all students achieve their personal best.
- Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and key updates.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments and participate in parent-teacher meetings.
- Stay current with the latest developments in geography education.
