Hours per week: 20.5 hours
Working Pattern:
Monday & Tuesday 09:00‑18:00;
Friday 07:30‑12:00
Salary: £25,937.60‑£31,158.40 per annum (pro‑rata); £12.47‑£14.98 per hour

- Holds a DfE‑approved Early Years qualification at Level 2 or above
- Ideally has experience supporting young children who live with SEND
- Uses knowledge of child development and the EYFS to deliver high‑quality, personalised learning experiences
- Supports individual care plans, observing, assessing, and recording progress to help children reach their full potential
- Is a strong advocate for safeguarding, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and supported
- Works collaboratively with the SENDCo, colleagues, and families, using a strong parents‑as‑partners approach
