Are you highly organised, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment?
At Stocklake Park School, we are looking for an Administrator to join our dedicated team in a busy Special Educational Needs school office. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will work under the guidance of the Senior Administrator and other senior staff, providing essential support to ensure the smooth running of our school office.

Hours: Part-time, Weekly
Hours:
35 hours per week, 8.30am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday Term time.

About usStocklake Park School is part of the Vale Federation of Special Schools and is based on two sites, Stocklake Park main site and Harding House. We offer educational provision for students with complex learning difficulties, from 11 to 19 years of age. Our vision as a Federation is to provide a supportive but challenging multi‑professionals approach to the education of all the young people in our care, enabling them to achieve the greatest possible level of independence and inclusion.
- Annual Reviews:
Manage a caseload of annual reviews, liaising with staff, professionals, and parents to ensure statutory deadlines are met. - Educational Visits:
Coordinate administration for school trips, including transport arrangements and communication with staff and parents. - General Office Duties:
Answer calls, take messages, collect attendance information, prepare admission packs, and assist with Parents' Evening organisation. - Data Entry:
Maintain accurate pupil records, attendance registers, and other essential data. - Additional Duties:
Reception cover, Fire Warden responsibilities, and attending meetings as required.
