Were recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take a leading commercial role on a £25m distribution centre project in Aylesbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Tier One construction team delivering a high-profile industrial scheme from start to finish.

If you enjoy owning the commercial process, working with strong delivery teams, and being involved in complex, large-scale builds this role is for you.

• Leading the commercial delivery from pre-construction through to final account
• Managing subcontractor procurement, valuations, and payments
• Producing cost plans, forecasts, and commercial reports
• Managing variations and ensuring contractual compliance
• Working closely with site and operational teams
• Supporting and mentoring junior QS team members

• Degree / HND (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying
• Proven experience on industrial or commercial construction projects
• Strong commercial acumen and contractual knowledge
• Confident communicator able to manage key stakeholders
• Self-sufficient, organised, and delivery-focused

• £80,000 £ 90,000 + package
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
