Aston Clinton (UK) – office based in well‑appointed offices.

Up to £28K per annum.

BACK HOME BAND provides catering services to a global client base. As an Account Coordinator
, you will work closely with four Account Managers to plan and execute events.

• Assist Account Managers with event arrangements from enquiry to completion.
• Liaise daily with clients to organise events.
• Understand market and client requirements.
• Manage information and communication via phone, e‑mail, and other platforms.
• Prepare quotations, presentations and learn about budgets and profit margins.
• Organise and manage all event logistics: equipment, transport, accommodation, and travel.
• Manage smaller events such as one‑off shows.
• Collate event information for marketing material.
• Communicate with internal departments: finance, warehouse, safety team.
• Ad‑hoc duties such as shopping, pulling equipment from warehouse.
• Occasionally available outside hours for urgent communication.

• Strong administrative experience.

Experience in catering or events is an advantage.
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office suites.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Own transport due to location.

Full‑time role with flexible hours (e.g., 9‑5 or 10‑6). B‑Corp client offering progression opportunities.

Offices are closed from December 22 to January 5.
