Advantage Technical is coordinating the direct hire of a Yard Truck Driver in the Ayer, MA area. This is a hands‑on role that keeps the flow of operations moving-and you won't need a CDL to do it! Experience driving a van or box truck, along with forklift/fork truck experience is all you'll need. Come and work for a Fortune 500 company with fantastic benefits and plenty of room for growth!

Schedule: 2nd Shift (3:00-11:00)

Pay: $25.00/hour (Plus shift differential)

What You Bring to the Table
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous yard truck and forklift experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a yard truck to transfer trailers for daily loading and staging
  • Back up warehouse loaders and operate forklifts as needed
  • Coordinate with shipping, receiving, and recycling teams for trailer assignments
  • Identify and match trailer inventory with carrier ownership
  • Adhere to all company safety and food quality policies and procedures
  • Maintain awareness of surroundings and follow all yard and forklift safety protocols
  • Accurately complete and submit required documentation
